Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)
- Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, with all tags intact, original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Proof of purchase is required, which includes either the original receipt or the order confirmation email.
- A valid reason for exchange must be provided (e.g., defective item, incorrect size, wrong article, wrong color).
- Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Stitched / Customized orders are produced according to the measurements provided by the customer; therefore, they cannot be exchanged or refunded in case of fitting issues.
- Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.

International Orders
Currently, Meena Gul does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care team for support at sales@meenagul.com.
Note:
Please take clear photos of the parcel and invoice before opening the package. In case of a damaged or incorrect product, attach photos in your email so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore Meena Gul offers a 15-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or a store credit coupon of equal value valid for our online store.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
